Today was my first day back on snow since April. What a great experience to be back out on the hill.
I quickly learned this morning that I have become much strong from all the work I did at the gym during my off season from the hill with Sean at Anytime Fitness. My stamina is much better then it has been in the past from all the cardio training I have done.
I can not wait to start my race training for the season.
