This week has been a wonderful experience. I am in a group with 2 other female athletes and our head coach for the week is Sarah Wills. We have had great weather all week. From snow to really cold to sunshine and beautiful.
This weeks focus was turn shape and body positions to help us with preparing for gates. We have also worked on more technical things like timing of turns and location of turns.
Tomorrow Saturday there is a level one race which I am looking forward to participating.
