Strength Training

This Spring, Summer and Fall I worked really hard at Anytime Fitness with my trainer Sean on a weekly basis and we were not only able to increase strength but endurance as well.  I was doing cardio work at least twice a week between riding my hand cycle and also the Octane which is very similar to an elliptical machine. 

I was able to also kayak once a week which helped me build some strength as well.
